- simple infusion: 3g of leaves for a 300ml cup (a mug), water at 70°C - infusion time 90 sec/2 min;
- oriental infusion: 5g of leaves for a Japanese teapot (Kyusu) of 150ml – water at 70°C - times for 1st infusion 30 sec, 2nd infusion 60 sec, 3rd infusion 30 sec.
